Meatless Loaf

A vegetarian take on a classic meatloaf
Ingredients
- 300g meat-free mince
- 300g vegeterian sausages
- 200g sage & onion stuffing
- 2 eggs
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp thyme
- ½ tsp chilli flakes (optional)
Method
- pre-heat oven to 180
- mix all ingredients together in a bowl
- add to loaf tin or roasting dish and cover with foil
- bake for 45 mins
- remove foil and return to oven for further 10 mins, until crispy
- slice, serve, and enjoy
