Delicous fajita flavours with rice, salsa, and guacamole

  1. heat a frying pan over a medium heat with a splash of oil
  2. fry the onions for a few minutes until they begin to brown
  3. add the peppers and fry until soft
  4. pour in the drained black beans (and tomatoes, if using)
  5. mix in the spices, season generously and remove from the heat
  6. serve with coriander lime rice, tomato salsa and guacamole
